Numerous experts from the fields of trade, industry and trade gathered under the slogan of "Workshop 4.0 - The future is now!" at the 13th Deutscher Lackierertag on 7th and 8th February 2025. This year's host was the company Uthoff KLS in Steinheim am Albuch. In addition to a diverse programme of talks and a trade show with 44 exhibitors, the event offered many opportunities for networking which proved extremely popular for all those involved.
"The Deutscher Lackierertag once again turned out to be the most important meeting place for the car painter family", reflected Steven Didssun, President of the Bundesverband Fahrzeuglackierer (German Association of Vehicle Painters). He was particularly impressed by the spirit of innovation shown in talks and discussions.
Sebastian Scholz, Head of Domestic Sales in Germany, and Sales Representative Simon Saathoff from SATA were in attendance. "For us, the Deutscher Lackierertag is like a family reunion", summarises Sebastian Scholz. "Of course this year we made the most of the opportunity to take part in the event, not least as Uthoff is virtually on our doorstep. And with the Jet X and our new Liner Cup system, we also have a lot to shout about."
The event also included an enticing programme of additional activities. Motorsport expert Christian Danner delighted visitors with some exciting insights into Formula 1, with further entertainment provided by acrobatics, bodywork painting and airbrush art.
The next Deutscher Lackierertag is scheduled for 2027.
