Find all Easter eggs in the SATA Loyalty App and at SATA.com during the promotion period from 14. April until 24. April. If you find them all and give us the correct number of the eggs, you will have the chance to take part in a raffle and win one of the great prizes.
You have three options to win:

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
1.) Duration of the Easter Egg Hunt
Our promotion starts on 14. April 2022 and ends on 24. April 2022.
The deadline for the submission of the number of the eggs is the 30. April 2022.
2.) Organiser
The organiser of the promotion is the SATA GmbH & Co. KG, Domertalstr. 20, 70806 Kornwestheim
3.) Participation
Natural persons who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate.
For Option 1: You have to be registered in the Loyalty Program coins & more.
For Option 2: You have to have access to the SATA website.
For Option 3: You have to be registered in the Loyalty Program coins & more and have access to the SATA website.
The participation starts with the submission of the contact form to SATA GmbH & Co. KG by the participant. You can submit the number of the eggs by using the contact forms in the SATA Loyalty App and on the SATA website or via e-mail to loyalty@sata.com or dib@sata.com.
The participation is not tied to the purchase of a product. The purchase of products from the organiser does not increase the chances of winning. All participants who give us the correct number of the hidden Easter eggs, will participate in a raffle. Each participant can only participate once by choosing one of the three options.
4.) Prices
In the raffle, each participant can win only one prize, which can be SATA coins and other SATA products. A cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible. Legal objection is excluded. The prize will be dispatched by DHL no later than 10 days after the winners have been drawn. Options 2 and 3: The prize will be sent to the delivery address entered in the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more or to the delivery address requested in advance by e-mail. If the address is incorrect and cannot be confirmed within one month of notification, the prize will be forfeited. Then a new winner will be drawn and contacted in the above-mentioned way.
5.) Winner notification
The winner will be notified of his/her prize by e-mail. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address registered by the winner in the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more or entered at SATA.com. The winner can change the shipping address within 14 days by sending a new shipping address to loyalty@sata.com or dib@sata.com.
6.) Data protection
By participating, the participant consents to the use of his/her data stored in the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more or in the SATA customer database for the purpose of the raffle. Personal data will not be stored for further commercial purposes. Any disclosure to third parties for purposes other than the fulfillment of the contract is excluded.
7.) Applicable law
The promotion takes place in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany.
The organiser reserves the right to suspend, terminate before the end of the promotion or cancel the promotion at any time without giving reasons. This right will be exercised in particular, if the proper implementation of the promotion is not guaranteed due to technical or legal reasons.
