Discover the new products from SATA every day for 14 days from 10.09. to 23.09.2024. In the SATA Loyalty App, you can scratch off a box once a day to enter the prize draw to win new products or SATA coins.

This is how it works:

Open the SATA Loyalty App and start the game via the banner on the start page
Scratch the field with your finger and discover your prize:
a.) Instant wins: SATA coins that are credited to you immediately
b.) Rewards: Entitlements to take part in the prize draw for a SATA product
If you have unlocked the authorization to participate in a raffle, you will find the corresponding reward under "Rewards" in your SATA Loyalty App. Your "Order" enters you into the prize draw.
The more often you scratch off and "order" this prize, the higher your chances of winning!

All SATA products will be raffled on 24.09.2024.
The game ends on 23.09.2024, 0.00 am (CET).

With the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more, SATA rewards loyal customers with SATA coins, which can be exchanged for high-quality rewards. SATA coins are collected by scanning a Loyalty QR code, which can be found on or in selected SATA products, using the SATA Loyalty App.

Conditions of participation

The promotion

During the promotion period 10.09. - 23.09.2024, all customers who have registered in the SATA Loyalty App can take part in the scratch-off game. Every customer can scratch off one field every day during the promotion period. Fields with instant prizes in the form of SATA coins and fields to qualify for participation in a prize draw (rewards) will be randomly generated.

SATA products will be raffled off, whereby the selection of prizes for customers based in the USA and Canada differs from that of other countries. The selection of prizes is the sole responsibility of SATA.

• Immediate prizes: SATA coins with direct credit
• Reward: Entitlement to participate in a prize draw.
  The corresponding offer (the reward) is available under "Rewards" in the SATA Loyalty App after the field has been scratched off. By "ordering" the reward, the customer takes part in the prize draw for the respective SATA product.

The winners of the SATA products will be drawn at random on 24.09.2024. Customers who have scratched off the same box several times will also be considered several times in the prize draw.

SATA reserves the right to suspend, prematurely terminate or cancel the competition at any time without giving reasons. This right will be exercised in particular if the proper conduct of the competition cannot be guaranteed for technical or legal reasons.

 

Conditions of participation

1) Competition period
Our competition starts on 10.09.2024 and ends on 23.09.2024.

2) Organizer
The organizer of the competition is SATA GmbH & Co. KG, Domertalstr. 20, D-70806 Kornwestheim, Germany.

3) Participation
Natural persons who are registered as participants in the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more and who are at least 18 years old at the time of participation are eligible to participate.
Participation is triggered daily by actively scratching off a field and the associated acceptance of the conditions of participation.
Cancellation of participation is possible at any time by sending an e-mail to loyalty@sata.com.
Participation is not tied to the purchase of a product. The purchase of products from the organizer does not increase the chances of winning.
All participants who have scratched off a reward (entitlement to participate in a prize draw) and then ordered it in the SATA Loyalty App under "Rewards" will be entered into a prize draw,
SATA products will be raffled off.
Each participant has the chance to receive a reward (entitlement to participate in a prize draw) several times during the campaign period or to take part in the prize draw for various SATA products. They will then also be considered several times per prize draw.

4) Prizes
During the entire campaign period, each participant can scratch off a box once a day within the game and win SATA coins or a prize (entitlement to take part in a prize draw) at random.

The prizes:

The direct prizes are 1-10 SATA coins.

1 x jet X pro (HVLP/RP and nozzle size and shape on request)

All prizes are a SATA product.
Cash payment or exchange of the prize is not possible.

5) Notification and dispatch of the prize
The winner will be informed of their prize by e-mail. The prize notification will be sent to the e-mail address provided by the participant in the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more. The winner can correct the delivery address provided within 14 days by sending a new delivery address to loyalty@sata.com.
The prize will be sent by post to the delivery address provided by the winner in the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more no later than 30 days (date depends on the winner's response to the delivery address and, if applicable, the desired size) after the draw and notification of the winner.
If the address is incorrect and cannot be validated within one month of contact being made, the prize will be forfeited. A new winner will then be selected at random and contacted as described above.

6) Data protection
No data other than the participant's data already stored and known to SATA is required for participation. the privacy policy for the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more applies. By participating, the participant agrees that his/her data stored in the SATA Loyalty Program coins & more may be used for the purpose of conducting the competition. Data may not be passed on to third parties for purposes other than the fulfillment of the contract.

The competition is subject exclusively to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.
